To answer let me ask you this; "Why do you keep reading books on how to be a better person or a better manager or on how to get your dream job?  Because you believe there is a better way to get what you want out of life if you could just figure out what is you really want. A coach helps you discover those things about yourself.

 Customer Service training and Sales training have been my specialty for most of my life. The reason is sales is about customer service and customer service is about people and helping people is what I've always wanted to do. In the Pulpit or on the sales floor my goal is always the same; To help people find what they are looking to find the right way.  That is why I can help you in group training or personal coaching. 

I  have coached thousands of people over the past 25 years. They are leading successful careers. From entry level personnel to manager level men and women, I have helped them develop their styles and watched them go on to be heads of many different enterprises: top managers in retail and retail sales, store managers, sales people, sales trainers, merchandisers and many other fields. I have been blessed to be part of their training.

Sales and SUPERIOR customer service have been my life specially.  District Sales trainer for Best Buy directing and training a sales staff of over 1000 while delivering over 330 million dollars in top line sales to the company gives me transferable skills that will help you be more productive and happy. As a Store manager in retail for most of my life I have developed skills and acquired a learned skill set that is well rounded and with my church background is founded in a Christ Centered way of living. I also can provide half day seminars on many topic for business, fitness or on motivational topics
